Since we'd out-grown our beloved little Camry, we thought we'd take our car upgrade to the extreme and bought this beast from Brad's uncle. We flew down to California and drove this 2005 Chevy Suburban Z71 back. It is a sweet ride, fully stacked and he gave us a great deal. The kids love cruisin' in the "big car" and I have to admit that I expected to like it, but I like it more than I expected! It's nice to know that if we ever get a pet elephant we'll be able to transport him to his vet appointments. I think we'll name him "Peanut."

Holy guacamole that car is big! I guess whenever Suzanne and I have another kid we'll have to upgrade our Sentra. The four of us barely fit in there right now.
There's a Disney show where Mickey and his friends are trying to get a baby elephant down from a tree by luring him with a peanut. Everyone holds up a peanut and they sing, "Shake Shake Shake, Shake your peanut...shake your peanut." It's a really cute song, but when you don't know where the song comes from...much like I didn't when my boss's 3 year old son sang it for me...it leaves you somewhat speechless.
And the beast was grateful.
Even Jon would fit in that car...
you are soooooo cute Maylin... an elephant ... more like a boat load of kids and monkeys too!
Love the burb! We need to go cruisin' one night with all of us girls piled in. :)
Did you have to get another full time job to be able to afford the gas in that monster?? Sure looks fun! =)
